RESERVATION POLICY:

Tour is reserved upon receipt of payment in full and written confirmation from Rolling Tap. Tours run rain or shine. In the event of extreme weather conditions a rain check will be issued. Late return, Inappropriate Behavior, and Damage fees may be charged during or following tour at the Rolling Tap Pilot’s discretion. Tour must be reserved at least 48 hours in advance.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • 7+ Days: Full Refund

  • Under 7 Days: No Refund

LATE RETURN PENALTIES:

  • 1-15 minutes late: $25

  • 15-30 minutes late: $50

  • 30-45 minutes late: $100

  • 45-60 minutes late: $200

Tours ending after 10:30 PM add an additional $500 dollars to late charges

INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOR (including but not limited to):

  • Extreme Intoxication

  • Excessive Noise

  • Obscene or Vulgar Language

  • Littering

  • Public Urination

  • Loitering more than 10 minutes after tour

  • Open container off the Rolling Tap

Inappropriate behavior will result in immediate tour termination and a $300 penalty.
