FAQ
How many people does it seat?
We require a minimum of 8 people in each group and will accommodate groups up to 14 people. There are 6 bicycle seats on either side of the Rolling Tap, and a bench in the back that seats 2 people. All the cycling seats must be filled first.
Where do we stop and can we choose our stops?
We will always begin and end our tours across the street from the Livery, 316 Wisconsin Street, Eau Claire, WI, 54701. It is approx. 3 miles round trip. You may stay in the bar your group chooses for however long you would like as long as it fits in the 2 hour tour slot. Some groups go in for a shot and onto the next bar they go, some groups spend an hour so it is all up to you! This all being said, your group is more than welcome to deviate from the list we have and stop at one of your favorites. This is your tour, and as long as the stop fits in the 2 hour time constraint, we will make it happen. Speak with your pilot before the tour begins if you would like to make a special stop.
Are food and drink allowed during the tours?
Absolutely! We encourage it. Beer, and cider are all permitted during the tour. (Anything classified as a wine or hard liquor will not be allowed). Glass is never allowed for safety reasons. As always, when any alcohol is involved be responsible. Do not be the group that ruins these tours for everyone else, because you couldn’t handle your alcohol. Although our pilots want you to have a fun time, they are under strict instruction to end tours early if the group becomes unruly. A fine will be issued to the group if the tours end early. Water will be provided during the tour.
Your group is more than welcome to bring snacks on board. Try to make is mobile friendly as the bike is usually in motion.
If you have any questions or concerns about what is allowed, send us an email at info@ecrollingtap.com
Should we tip our driver?
That’s up to you, but we have heard the saying… “If you enjoyed your ride, be sure to TIP your guide!”
Do all riders need to be over 21 years of age?
If any alcohol is on board, then yes, all riders must be 21+. ID’s will be checked prior to departure. The minimum age required is 18.
